Fijn Mama

Fijnmama supports women through pregnancy and the transition to motherhood with services focused on wellbeing, self-awareness and connection. Its offerings include pregnancy exercise classes in Leusden, Amersfoort and Zeewolde, as well as online movement training for pregnancy and recovery after birth. The brand also provides pregnancy courses, including a Next Level program, and an online baby massage course with instructional videos. Through baby massage sessions, mothers can learn to recognize their baby’s body language and strengthen their bond.

Fijnmama’s coaching helps expectant and new mothers explore personal experiences, emotions and patterns, with the aim of making more conscious choices and approaching motherhood with greater confidence. Coaching is available individually and in groups, with attention to mental, emotional, physical and energetic wellbeing. Online courses and home-training programs offer additional guidance during pregnancy and after birth. Fijnmama also shares information and resources through its blog and webshop. Its approach encourages women to trust their intuition, care for themselves and discover the kind of mother they want to be.
