Its work brings people with and without disabilities together through accessible events, outings, community celebrations and volunteer activities, including help at the annual Advent market. The association also supports local children and organizations where public assistance is not sufficient. It organizes activities such as Advent baking and games afternoons, directing proceeds to nearby institutions and social projects.

A central part of fIKuS is its clubhouse, Bistro&Musik, which hosts themed evenings and community events. These include live performances by regional musicians, karaoke, board-game evenings and changing food offerings. As well as creating opportunities to meet and connect, these events help raise funds for the association’s projects. fIKuS also offers its premises and voluntary support to initiatives on request. Guided by the idea of helping one another, the association aims to build bridges across social groups and make practical, inclusive community involvement part of everyday life.
