Filia Fleur

Filia Fleur is a child- and family-focused practice led by Linda, who supports children, parents and professionals in understanding the needs behind a child’s behaviour. With seven years of experience, Linda takes a holistic view, exploring physical, emotional, mental, energetic and spiritual factors that may affect a child’s wellbeing. Her approach aims to help families find greater calm, connection and resilience.

Services include readings to explore what may be affecting a child beneath the surface, energetic therapy intended to release blockages and support the flow of life energy, and holistic support combining homeopathy, suitable remedies and coaching exercises. Filia Fleur also offers trainings and workshops for children, young people and mothers, focused on self-awareness, personal growth and shared learning. Families can seek help with specific concerns or arrange an energetic wellbeing session suited to their situation. The practice works with both children and parents, recognising that supporting a parent’s own wellbeing can also create more space for a child to thrive.
