Filien ADMR is a French teleassistance provider created within the ADMR network, a major nonprofit network for personal services. Since 1988, it has supported older adults, people with disabilities, and those experiencing isolation, helping them stay safe while maintaining independence. Its services are tailored to individual needs and are available at home and on the move.

Home options include connected assistance units that can work without a landline or internet connection, an interactive smart box with a touchscreen, and home automation equipment. For outings, customers can choose a connected assistance watch or a mobile SOS device with location features. Wearable products include fall-detection bracelets, alarm pendants, discreet connected jewelry, and other alert devices. A fall detector can automatically contact the listening centre when it detects a fall.

Filien ADMR provides guidance to help customers select suitable services. Its listening centre is available around the clock, with calls answered in an average of under 30 seconds, and is supported by a backup response centre.
