The Filutowski Eye Institute is a family-founded ophthalmology practice serving Central Florida from locations in Orlando, Lake Mary, and Daytona. Founded by Dr. Konrad Filutowski in 1990, the institute has grown into a multi-physician organization focused on personalized care, advanced technology, and vision correction. Its doctors work directly with patients to assess eye health, discuss vision goals, and recommend treatment options suited to individual needs and lifestyles.

The institute specializes in cataract and refractive surgery, including LASIK, SMILE, PRK, refractive lens exchange (RLE), and EVO ICL implantable lenses. These procedures address concerns such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, presbyopia, and dependence on glasses or contact lenses. It also provides basic and premium cataract surgery, with options that may include specialized testing and premium lens implants. Eye exams and other procedures are available as well.

Patients begin with a consultation, preliminary testing, and a comprehensive medical examination, followed by guidance through diagnosis and treatment choices. The institute emphasizes clear communication, transparent pricing, and care tailored to each patient.
