FindFST

FindFST is a Swiss platform connecting companies with industrial field service technicians across Europe and the United States. It provides a direct alternative to agency-based hiring, helping businesses find experienced technicians for on-site missions, remote work, and shift cover. Technicians keep 100% of their stated rate, while companies pay a clearly stated flat 6% fee.

Companies can post a mission with its location, dates, budget, and technical details. FindFST’s AI Engine helps analyse machine and site information, draft mission descriptions, and suggest requirements for matching with suitable technicians. Businesses can review technicians whose identities, insurance, and skills are checked, compare quotes, and arrange work directly.

The platform also provides Mission Control, a shared workspace for quotations, timesheets, reports, completion records, communication, and machine history. Payments are held in escrow and released when the work is mutually signed off. FindFST supports skills including electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, PLC and CNC troubleshooting, motion control, and electrical wiring.
