FindMyConsultant is an independent Canadian directory that helps people find licensed immigration consultants suited to their case. Built using the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) public register, it lists 11,099 consultants and displays each person’s licence class and the date their status was last checked. The directory is free to search and use, and consultants cannot pay to improve their position in a user’s best matches.

Visitors answer five questions about their immigration matter, location and preferred language to see three to five consultants who may fit. Search topics include Express Entry, study and work permits, family sponsorship, visitor visas, refusals and appeals, refugee claims, provincial nominations and citizenship. Users can explore consultants across Canada, including those offering online services, and review profiles for case types, languages, practice locations and contact or booking details.

Optional paid profile upgrades and sponsored listings are clearly separated from recommended matches. FindMyConsultant is not a government body, the CICC, IRCC or a law firm, and its directory is not legal advice.
