About FinFitters
FinFitters is a financial confidence club for women in Flanders, built around the idea of making steady progress with money without pressure to rush or take unnecessary risks. Rather than offering a conventional course, individual financial advice or financial products, it focuses on helping women bridge the gap between learning about money and taking action. The club plans to hold monthly sessions, each centered on a specific financial topic, where participants can ask questions and leave with a practical action plan.
Sessions are designed to make the first step manageable and collaborative, alongside a recurring “Money Date”: a one-page, 30-minute exercise to help members keep moving forward. FinFitters is intended for women who earn enough to make choices about their finances but feel uncertain, overwhelmed or delayed in doing so, including those navigating major life changes. The initiative is being developed by Ann Vandingenen, David Hendrix and Fleur Dam.
Its first club session is planned for October 2026 in Leuven, with updates available by email
