About Finsk-norsk kulturinstitutt
Finsk-norsk kulturinstitutt, also known as FINNO, is dedicated to strengthening cultural exchange between Finland and Norway. We promote collaboration among professional artists and cultural actors, fostering a vibrant cultural exchange between the two countries. Through our projects, articles, and collaborations, we strive to enhance the cultural landscapes of both Finland and Norway.
One of our current initiatives is the Residensstipendium för scenkonstnärer, an open call for residency grants available to performing artists in September 2024. Additionally, we are proud to introduce our new colleague, Solja Kumpula. Alongside our work with Finland and Norway, we also have the NORD-program, which aims to strengthen networks and activities between individuals and organizations in Northern Norway, Northern Finland, and Sápmi.
