Fintastic Frogs

Frogs & Tadpoles Swim School provides swimming lessons for babies, children, and adults in a welcoming environment focused on safety, confidence, and aquatic development. Its Swim SA Qualified instructors teach at two heated indoor pools, and the school is accredited by ACSA. Classes run Monday to Thursday, with collection and drop-off available from nursery schools and aftercare programs.

Programs include parent-and-toddler lessons for children from six months, nursery-school learn-to-swim programs, progressive children’s classes, and a six-week adult course designed to build swimming confidence, safety skills, and technique. Children progress through named stages, from foundational water skills and stroke development to breathing techniques, refined freestyle, broader aquatic skills, and swim-team preparation. Private group lessons can also be arranged to suit swimmers’ preferences.

With a focus on nurturing confidence through early water development, Frogs & Tadpoles combines structured instruction with an engaging, supportive experience. Its programs help swimmers build skills step by step, whether they are taking their first splash with a parent, developing their strokes, or working toward greater endurance and proficiency.
