AFTECH telah secara resmi ditunjuk oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) sebagai Asosiasi Penyelenggara Inovasi Keuangan Digital berdasarkan POJK No.13/2018. Saat ini AFTECH memiliki lebih dari 350 anggota, yang terdiri dari 359 perusahaan fintech, 24 institusi keuangan, 13 mitra riset, dan enam mitra teknologi.

About Asosiasi FinTech Indonesia
AFTECH, the Association of Fintech Indonesia, is a platform for fintech providers to advocate and collaborate with various stakeholders in order to drive technological innovation and strengthen the competitiveness of the national fintech industry. Officially appointed by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) as the Association of Digital Financial Innovation Providers, AFTECH has over 350 members, including 359 fintech companies, 24 financial institutions, 13 research partners, and six technology partners. Their vision is to promote financial inclusion through digital financial services, while their mission is to help meet the technological-based financial service needs of people across Indonesia in order to achieve the National Financial Inclusion Strategy target of 90% by 2024.
AFTECH's main activities revolve around policy advocacy, community collaboration, literacy and education, and knowledge development. They also have specific departments focusing on topics such as cybersecurity, payment systems, enabling infrastructure, and more. As a responsible industry association, AFTECH has established a code of ethics and regularly initiates research to discuss fintech growth and its impact on Indonesian society
