Finz Aquatics

Finz Aquatics is a registered swimming school founded in 2015 by Nabilah Diedericks, with a focus on teaching essential water skills in a fun, supportive environment. Based in Pelican Park, Grassy Park, the school welcomes swimmers from six months old through adulthood and emphasizes water safety as the first step in learning. Its services include toddler swim classes, group lessons, beginner instruction, stroke correction and adult swimming classes. Lessons cover freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly, with playful activities incorporated to keep learners engaged.

Finz Aquatics also provides tailored instruction for children with autism and supports swimmers with disabilities, recognizing swimming’s potential benefits for coordination, muscle strength and wellbeing. Holiday classes offer children an active option during school breaks. Lessons take place in indoor heated pools maintained at 30–32°C year-round. The school’s handpicked instructors are registered and accredited with Swim South Africa, and bring experience across teaching, coaching and safety. Family-oriented and community-minded, Finz Aquatics also invites people to sponsor swimming lessons for a child in need, helping them gain a valuable life skill.
