About FIPS Africa
FIPS-Africa is a not-for-profit company based in Kenya, dedicated to improving the food security of small-holder farmers in sub-Saharan Africa. They aim to achieve this by providing farmers with better access to appropriate farm inputs and information on best management practices. FIPS-Africa believes in empowering farmers and promoting self-reliance through practical learning-by-doing approaches.
They work closely with farmers, regardless of gender, age, or wealth, and offer a range of inputs and practices to suit individual needs. Their approach focuses on making simple, small modifications to farmers' practices that can have a significant and lasting impact. FIPS-Africa values transparency, integrity, and accountability, and acts as an honest broker to give farmers the freedom to choose the best inputs for their farms.
Importantly, FIPS-Africa does not promote genetically-modified organisms (GMOs) and ensures that all inputs are safe for humans, livestock, and the environment
