Our philosophy is rooted in getting to know you and your unique situation to provide tailor-made therapy. We believe counseling should be comfortable and engaging, using humor and light-hearted metaphors to make it approachable. If the clinic setting isn't your preference, we also offer walk and talk sessions.

As an out-of-network provider, we offer benefits such as no need for a diagnosis, no session limits, and increased confidentiality without third-party involvement. Our customized treatment plans may even require fewer sessions than in-network providers. We can provide you with a superbill for reimbursement if your insurance offers out-of-network coverage, and we also accept payment through HSA or FSA.
