Firelogue is a European Horizon 2020 project that brings together expertise from across Europe to strengthen dialogue and knowledge exchange in Wildfire Risk Management (WFRM). Its community includes researchers, civil society organisations and other stakeholders working to address current and future wildfire challenges. The project aims to connect this community with wider society, share experience and good practices, and showcase innovative actions, research and products.
Firelogue supports collaboration through initiatives including working groups, learning resources, events and its EUFireProjectsUnited platform, which brings together European fire-related projects. It also highlights innovation actions such as TREEADS, SILVANUS, FIRE-RES and FirEUrisk. These projects address prevention and preparedness, detection and response, and restoration and adaptation, with work spanning research, technical solutions, services and approaches for fire-resilient territories.
Guided by cooperation, awareness, sustainability, research, innovation and science, Firelogue promotes synergies across sectors and aligns its work with the European Green Deal and the concept of a Just Transition. Its role is to enable communication and help the WFRM community learn and act together.
