firewoodatlas.com

The Firewood Directory is an online resource that helps people find local firewood suppliers across the United States. Its catalog includes nearly 12,000 listings in 794 cities and 49 states, with information intended to help shoppers compare wood species, prices, delivery options, and reviewer feedback. Users can search by city or location, browse state and city pages, and explore guides that explain common purchasing questions.

The site also provides practical advice on firewood measurements, including the difference between a full cord and a face cord, and compares seasoned with kiln-dried wood. Its guides cover typical prices, how much wood households may need, and which species are suitable for fireplaces. The directory aggregates listings from public sources and says its information is refreshed quarterly, while cautioning that details may be outdated and should be confirmed directly with suppliers. The site also offers an option for businesses to add their listings. It serves as an informational directory and comparison resource rather than a firewood supplier itself.
