Firmenlauf Bayern is a regional corporate running and movement initiative built around the motto “Healthy companies run longer.” It brings workplaces and communities together through accessible activity, team motivation, and shared events across several Bavarian locations: Roth, Mangfall-Tal, Bamberg, Amberg-Sulzbach, and Neumarkt. The programme welcomes participants of all ages and fitness levels, and pace is never the priority: walking, everyday movement, and running all count.

Teams register for a four-week hybrid activity period, during which participants collect kilometres together or individually. The team or individual with the most kilometres wins. The experience concludes with a live event, where participants cover the final approximately six kilometres together, then have the opportunity to celebrate and network. Those unable to attend the live event can still take part in the movement programme.
