Firm Foundation Futbol Academy is a youth soccer training brand based in Roseville, California, offering private and small-group coaching for players of all ages and skill levels. Founded and led by head coach Paolo Ionescu, the academy draws on his 17 years of playing and coaching experience to tailor development to each athlete. Its approach prioritizes quality over quantity, helping players master fundamental skills before progressing to greater speed and complexity, while building confidence, creativity, and a lasting passion for the game.

Training options include one-on-one sessions focused on individual needs, group sessions that encourage teamwork and healthy competition, and agility and on-the-ball training to strengthen footwork, ball control, and game readiness. Players can also use an at-home training library for continued practice and take part in goal-setting sessions to establish objectives and track progress. The academy serves beginners as well as athletes looking to refine their abilities and improve their performance.
