FIRST Simulation is a training center in Seville, Spain, founded in 2018 as the country’s first center dedicated to simulation and competency development in reproductive medicine and fetal medicine and therapy. It helps healthcare professionals build practical skills and confidence through intensive, supervised training in a safe environment, using simulation and virtual reality to practise procedures repeatedly and receive feedback from expert tutors.

Its programs serve clinical embryologists, gynecologists, medical residents, general practitioners, clinics, and pharmaceutical companies. Training covers laboratory techniques such as ICSI, embryo biopsy, vitrification, and IMSI; reproductive medicine procedures including follicular aspiration and embryo transfer; and fetal medicine and prenatal genetics, including chorionic villus sampling, amniocentesis, and cordocentesis. FIRST Simulation also offers nursing education, courses in communication and leadership, online learning, and the Master First Assisted Reproduction Experts program. Its faculty includes practicing physicians and senior embryologists, and the center aims to support standardized, safe skill development with knowledge that can be applied in clinical practice.
