About First Floor Gallery
First Floor Gallery is an international artist-run gallery that specializes in showcasing African Contemporary art. With locations in Victoria Falls and Harare, they provide a platform for emerging and established artists from Zimbabwe and beyond to exhibit their work. The gallery features a diverse roster of talented artists, including Shamilla Aasha, Richard Butler, Bowdon Again, Chokuwamba Tapfuma Gutsa, Zacharaha Magasa, and many more.
In addition to their regular exhibitions, First Floor Gallery also hosts art fairs, education workshops, artist residencies, and engaging talks. They are dedicated to promoting and nurturing the local art scene, as well as fostering international collaborations. Located at the Karigamombe Centre in Harare and the Elephants Walk Complex in Victoria Falls, First Floor Gallery offers a welcoming and immersive experience for art enthusiasts.
Their opening hours are Monday to Friday from 10. 00am to 5. 00pm, with weekend visits available by appointment.
