First-Homecareltd

First Homecare Ltd provides home care services across London, supporting people who need assistance to live safely and comfortably. The company is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide care in England, and says its services are inspected for safety, responsiveness and compassion. Its care options include support for older people and those living with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia, learning or physical disabilities, or recovering from a stroke. The service range also covers respite care, end-of-life care, hospital-to-home support and sober-house care.

Care is tailored to individual needs, with live-in care available in a variety of locations. First Homecare states that its minimum visit is one hour, depending on care requirements and location. The company highlights a consistent team of carers, online care monitoring and 24-hour emergency support. Its recruitment checks include face-to-face interviews, references, criminal record checks and occupational health clearances. After an enquiry, a nurse manager discusses the person’s needs and available care options.
