First Tee – Toledo is a nonprofit organization serving young people across Northwest Ohio through affordable, accessible programs that use golf to support personal growth. Its mission is to positively impact young people’s lives by building character, instilling life-enhancing values, and promoting healthy choices. Coaches and mentors help participants develop confidence, collaboration, and other qualities that can prepare them to become future leaders and productive members of their communities.

The organization works with schools and community partners to create learning opportunities for youth from all backgrounds. Its programs combine golf with character education, offering participants a way to build skills and values both on and off the course. First Tee – Toledo also shares stories and resources about coaching, character development, events, and its programs, including initiatives that support girls’ confidence and leadership.

In addition to youth programming, the organization offers event rentals and operates a driving range. Families can register children for programs, while individuals and supporters can contribute through donations.
