Lucky 13 Bass Tournament

Billy Parker Lucky 13 is a fishing tournament sponsored by the Wagoner Area Chamber of Commerce, created to bring anglers together and support a longstanding community tradition. The event began more than 30 years ago when Billy Parker established the Lucky 13 as a fundraiser for Muscular Dystrophy. About 20 years later, he gave longtime friend and local tournament supporter Cyrina Lang his blessing to carry forward the Lucky 13 name and concept, leading to the tournament’s development under the Chamber’s sponsorship.

Today, the event celebrates Parker’s legacy and his contribution to Wagoner’s fishing community, with anglers taking part in his honor. The tournament website provides practical information for participants, including registration details, tournament and match-weight rules, entry verification, and Skeeter Reel Money information. Visitors can also review past tournament results, view photos, learn about sponsors, and find news and contact details.

By combining competitive fishing with a community-rooted history, Billy Parker Lucky 13 offers a way for participants and supporters to recognize a local legacy while following the event’s activities
