Fishnut Charters is a local fishing charter serving anglers in the Mount Pleasant area, with inshore and nearshore trips tailored to everyone from beginners to experienced fishermen. Captain Todd Gough has lived in Mount Pleasant since graduating from the College of Charleston in 1989 and brings extensive knowledge of local waters. He takes pride in helping guests throughout their trip and making their time on the water enjoyable.
Charters target a variety of species, including red drum, sea trout, flounder, sheepshead, and shark, among others. Trips take place aboard a 22-foot Tidewater Carolina Bay Boat powered by a 250-horsepower Yamaha engine. The vessel is equipped with a Lowrance HD10 GPS and fishfinder, a 10-foot Power-Pole, a Minnkota Terrova iPilot, a hard T-top for shade, and an onboard cooler.
Each trip includes fishing licenses, rods and reels, tackle, live bait, lures, and bottled water. Guests are welcome to bring their own refreshments. Fishnut Charters provides trip booking, a photo gallery, and contact information for questions and inquiries.
