Fit mit Fiona offers pelvic floor training and personal fitness services for women in Altomünster, Aichach and online, with selected classes also open to men. Founded by Fiona, a certified pelvic floor trainer and medical fitness trainer with an A licence, the business draws on her personal experience with pelvic floor issues, rectus diastasis and surgery. Its practical, supportive approach combines clear guidance, humour and adaptable exercises tailored to each participant.

Services address concerns such as bladder weakness, prolapse symptoms, abdominal separation and reduced core strength, including after childbirth, surgery or during menopause. Group options include a three-hour Pelvic Floor Basics workshop, the ongoing Stabilisieren and Powern classes, and Schwing dich stark, a whole-body workout for women and men. A specialist workshop is available for people with pelvic floor complaints. Fiona also provides one-to-one personal coaching and short EMS training sessions, beginning with an individual consultation. Classes take place in Altomünster and can be joined online at the same time.
