Its program combines strength, endurance, mobility, and self-defence activities for a range of fitness levels and ages. Courses include functional training with bodyweight exercises and equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, and TRX; Kettlebells & TRX; Krav Maga W.O.B.O., a modern self-defence system using punches and kicks; Workout-Boxing; Body Shape; Level Up, a moderate fitness class; and Body Mobility, focused on improving flexibility.

Members can choose from flexible class passes, including a 10-session card for €85, valid for four months, or a 20-session card for €145, valid for seven months. A free trial class is available, and the annual membership costs €50 per month for unlimited class participation. Personal training is offered for €50 per hour, with flexible scheduling and sessions tailored to individual needs; discounts are available for multiple bookings. Hansefit members can also attend classes by booking and checking in on site.
