Fitandbrave

Fit & Brave is a training studio in Heerlen, Netherlands, focused on building physical fitness and mental resilience. After ten years in Maastricht, the studio relocated to Heerlen in 2025 and now trains clients at Geleenstraat 61. Rather than operating as a conventional gym, Fit & Brave offers small-group classes with personal coaching, welcoming people at different fitness levels and adapting exercises as needed.

Its programme combines TacFit for functional strength and stability, FlowFit for mobility, control and fluid movement, and Clubbells for strength, coordination and body awareness. Krav Maga classes teach practical self-defence while developing confidence, awareness and the ability to stay composed under pressure. For more individual support, one-to-one coaching is tailored to each client’s goals, experience and pace, including work on technique, fitness, strength or resilience.

Fit & Brave also provides business group sessions, workshops and clinics for companies, teams and organisations, with activities shaped around goals such as vitality, cooperation and mental resilience. Prospective members can try a free introductory class before choosing a training format.
