Fit Baby Hot Mama

Fit Baby Hot Mama is a women-focused fitness center dedicated to helping women care for their physical wellbeing before, during and after pregnancy. Founded by personal trainer and restorative movement specialist Vanya Visarionova and Yuri Atanasov, the brand combines in-person support with online programs designed around common needs and challenges. Vanya has more than ten years of experience and offers guidance for women new to exercise, those seeking better posture, and mothers preparing for or recovering from pregnancy.

The center’s services and programs address postnatal recovery, diastasis, pelvic floor concerns, back pain, spinal curvature and tension in the neck, shoulders and upper body. Its online offerings include programs for expectant mothers, exhausted mothers, postpartum recovery and posture improvement. Four-week courses such as Prav Gryb (“Straight Back”) focus on back discomfort and posture, while other programs aim to build strength, restore energy and support a return to fitness. Fit Baby Hot Mama’s goal is to make movement and exercise accessible to women and families through personalized training and practical online resources.
