Fitcademy is a sports and self-defence academy based in Oosterhout, the Netherlands, supporting members in building physical fitness, confidence and resilience. Since 2015, its experienced trainers have provided structured sessions in a welcoming environment where safety, respect, personal attention and shared progress are central.
