Fit en Vaardig

Fit en Vaardig Kinderfysiotherapie is a child-focused physiotherapy practice established in 2004, formerly known as M.N.A. van Noordenne Fysiotherapie. Its care and clinic environment are tailored to children, with treatment provided at the practice, at home or, by arrangement, at school. The practice has locations in Arnhem, Veenendaal and Oosterbeek, including sites at schools and other local venues. In 2019, it took over Daanen Derksen, which became one of its Arnhem locations.

The multidisciplinary team includes 12 paediatric physiotherapists, a paediatric manual therapist, a nurse, an educational psychologist and a dietitian, and the practice also works with external partners. Services include paediatric physiotherapy, infant and baby care, sensory processing support, Fitkids, toddler and preschool gymnastics, Sherborne therapy, and combined consultation sessions. The practice also offers group physiotherapy and other child-oriented treatments. Fit en Vaardig states that its staff and practice meet quality standards set by the government, health insurers and the KNGF. Treatments may be covered by basic health insurance, subject to applicable conditions.
