Fit Moms to Be is a pregnancy and postnatal fitness and care provider based in Voorburg, helping women stay active during pregnancy and rebuild strength after giving birth. Its services are designed to support fitness, prepare clients for childbirth, and address or help prevent physical complaints during and after pregnancy.

Training options include small-group sessions for pregnant women and new mothers, with exercises adapted to each participant’s level, as well as one-to-one personal training. The business also offers childbirth preparation courses and a recovery programme focused on the core and pelvic floor. Clients can book a trial class to explore the group training options.

Treatment services include pelvic physiotherapy consultations and care for postpartum abdominal concerns and caesarean scars. Treatments may involve hands-on connective tissue massage, massage cups, taping, dry needling, or Winback technology, depending on an assessment. Winback treatments are also offered for skin firming and concerns such as cellulite and stretch marks. Fit Moms to Be is led by registered pelvic physiotherapist Eveline and works with specialist trainers.
