FitNest

FitNest is a Zagreb-based specialist fitness centre supporting women through pregnancy and the postnatal period. Founded in 2019, it offers a welcoming space for safe movement, expert guidance and positive change during the different stages of motherhood. Its programs are designed to help participants maintain strength and wellbeing during pregnancy, prepare their bodies for birth, and rebuild strength and balance after delivery.

Women can choose in-person group classes or flexible online programs to suit their needs and circumstances. Prenatal sessions focus on safe exercise and supporting the body throughout pregnancy, while postnatal classes combine gentle rehabilitation with strengthening and postural work. Online options include Pregnant & Fit programs in several durations, a version for those on restricted activity, a Postpartum program, and the Mirna trudnoća audio program. FitNest also provides group schedules, program information and pricing, and shares educational articles on pregnancy, exercise and motherhood through its blog. The centre reports serving more than 500 women in group classes and over 400 participants in online pregnancy programs, with an emphasis on individualized attention and supportive training.
