Fit'N'Fight

Fit’N’Fight is a modern fitness and combat-sports club in Łódź Górna, located at Starorudzka 10B. Its 2,200-square-metre complex offers space for beginners and experienced athletes, with contemporary strength and cardio equipment, spacious training areas and a dedicated 600-square-metre fight zone. Members can choose from flexible monthly and longer-term memberships, including introductory training, fitness facilities, group classes and access to the fight area.

The club offers independent and personal training, CrossFit-style workouts, group fitness and yoga, as well as Pilates sessions on reformers in small, supportive classes. Its fight programme includes boxing, MMA and other martial arts, with groups for different experience levels.
