Fixed Tec, operated by FT Diagnostics India Pvt Ltd, develops an AI-powered digital operations platform for servicing complex machines, with a focus on automotive applications. Its technology connects enterprise knowledge, live vehicle diagnostics and 3D digital twins to create guided repair workflows for original equipment manufacturers and service networks. The platform supports vehicles across internal-combustion, hybrid and electric powertrains, helping bridge the gap between machine data and frontline maintenance.

Fixed Tec’s process brings together OEM documents, CAD models, service manuals and diagnostic trouble codes, then turns them into workflows, connects to vehicle electronic control units, matches diagnostic information with relevant repairs and presents instructions through mixed reality. Its product range includes FT-AuthorAI for workflow authoring; FT-AR Target for augmented-reality guidance; FT-Nexus, a 3D parts catalogue; FT-AutoScan for vehicle diagnostics and end-of-line testing; and FT-Link, a vehicle communication interface. Other offerings include the FT-TSense temperature sensor and FT-BMark assembly-line quality system. FT-Tele is a connected-vehicle and telematics platform in active research and development. Fixed Tec is based in Ahmedabad, India.
