Fleks is a youth organisation based in Antwerp, Belgium, dedicated to helping young people develop their skills, pursue ideas and build supportive networks. Its welcoming, inclusive approach encourages young people and partners to collaborate, express themselves and feel at home, regardless of background, gender or faith.
Through Fleks Inc., the organisation supports aspiring young entrepreneurs with tools and guidance, including an entrepreneurship programme for those developing a business idea or strengthening their entrepreneurial skills. Fleks Youth offers a place to connect, take part in activities and unwind. Fleks Studio gives young artists a platform and resources to explore their creativity, while Fleks Sisterhood brings girls together to learn, grow and build connections.
Fleks also organises regular activities such as workshops, talks, hackathons, food festivals, quizzes and gaming events, alongside opportunities for young talent to perform. With a community of youth workers, members and project teams, Fleks works to create opportunities for participation, creativity and personal development.
