Flewy's Coaching

Flewy’s Coaching & Consulting provides personalised sports coaching and consulting services for athletes, clubs, schools, and organisations. Led by John Flew, a Level 2 accredited coach in Cricket and Rugby Union with more than 25 years of playing and coaching experience, the business focuses on building strong fundamentals, confidence, decision-making, and long-term development. Its holistic approach combines sport-specific skills with strength and conditioning, movement, and mobility, using tailored plans rather than one-size-fits-all programs.

Cricket coaching is available for beginners through to professional players, in one-to-one, group, and team formats. Rugby training focuses on passing and kicking for both Rugby Union and Rugby League, also through individual, group, and team sessions. For young children aged two to five, Kindy Kricket offers an introductory cricket program scheduled around school terms and family-friendly times. Flewy’s also runs clinics, including preseason holiday training for school-aged players. Beyond coaching, its consulting services specialise in sponsorship acquisition and relationship-building for clubs, schools, and other organisations, drawing on John’s experience in sports administration and club development.
