About Westpfalz-Klinikum
FLEXTEAM is a flexible nursing employment program offered by Westpfalz-Klinikum, with opportunities at its sites in Kaiserslautern, Kusel, and Kirchheimbolanden/Rockenhausen. It is designed for qualified nursing professionals seeking greater control over their working hours and a better fit between work and personal life. Team members can agree on when and how much they work, with guaranteed contracted hours and a stable schedule provided eight weeks in advance.
Assignments across different departments and wards offer variety, exposure to new teams and patients, and opportunities to explore specialties, build experience, and support professional development. Nurses who prefer continuity can also arrange to remain in one department for several weeks. The program welcomes qualified professionals from healthcare and nursing, elderly care, pediatric nursing, and nursing assistance. Existing nursing staff can also join on a mini-job basis.
