Flight Training Wendt

Flight Training Wendt GmbH is a flight school and pilot-training provider based in Cologne, Germany. Founded by Uwe Wendt in 2002 and established as a registered training organisation in 2020, the company focuses on practical training and continuing education for pilots. Its courses cover PPL(A) and LAPL(A) licences, aerobatics, night flying, SEP(L) and TMG class ratings, rating renewals, and extensions from LAPL(A) to other aircraft classes. It also offers tailored VFR and IFR training for selected aircraft, including the TBM 700–940 series and Cirrus SR20 and SR22T configurations.

The school provides training and examination flights across the Cologne/Bonn, Düsseldorf, and Frankfurt areas, or from a client’s home airfield. Services include skill tests, proficiency checks, instructor assessments, and examiner-rating support, with aircraft available for training or testing when needed. Prospective students can book introductory flights for the training programme of their choice. Beyond instruction, Flight Training Wendt presents aerobatic airshows featuring the Extra 330LX, combining classic and freestyle manoeuvres with an emphasis on safety and professionalism.
