Flight BJJ

Flight BJJ is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy located at 74 Hampshire Road in Sunshine, Melbourne. Established in May 2023, the academy welcomes beginners, experienced athletes, adults and children, with a community built around hard work, learning and shared progress. It is affiliated with the Australian Elite Team network.

The academy offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes in gi and no-gi formats, including fundamentals sessions and open mat or rounds. Its programs also include kids’ Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, kickboxing, MMA and judo, with one-to-one and group private coaching available by enquiry, subject to availability. Classes run throughout the week, although schedules may change.

Adults can try seven days free, while children can attend a one-day free trial. Membership options include unlimited monthly training, class passes and casual visits; children’s term-based and casual options are also available. A family discount applies to multiple memberships. Flight BJJ also welcomes enquiries about NDIS-related services. The academy encourages prospective students to contact the team to find a suitable class and confirm current availability.
