FlightPath Aviation Training is a Romanian aviation training organisation based in Otopeni, near Bucharest Henri Coandă International Airport. Established under the European Union’s Part-ORA regulations, it was founded by experienced airline instructors and examiners to help pilots prepare for the transition from a commercial pilot licence with multi-engine and instrument ratings to airline type rating and employment.
The company offers APS MCC, JOC, MCC and MCCI courses, assessment training, simulator training and simulator leasing. Its training is designed to make effective use of instructional time and prepare students for airline interviews and operations. Courses are delivered by active airline pilots, including captains, instructors and examiners, with oversight from a Head of Training who is an Airbus A320 Type Rating Instructor.
FlightPath operates a Simnest A320 FNPT II MCC simulator, selected for its representative aircraft environment and ability to support training in airline standard operating procedures. Its location across the street from Bucharest’s international airport offers access by air, road and public transport, with nearby accommodation available.
