FLIHH, the Foundation for Learning and Inspiring Health and Healing, is a holistic wellness and therapy brand founded by Sheri Damon, LMHC, LPCC, and NBCC. Operating in Massachusetts and Southern California, FLIHH offers a comprehensive range of services designed to promote mental and physical well-being.
