Flipr

Flipr is a Swedish interim-solutions provider and part of Maquire Group, alongside Maquire, Jerrie and Tidwell. The company connects organisations with experienced managers and specialist consultants for temporary assignments, helping clients address urgent vacancies, change initiatives, complex projects and short-term needs for expertise. Its network includes professionals accustomed to joining new organisations quickly and contributing across different industries.

Flipr’s focus areas include executive and leadership roles, finance and accounting, HR, payroll and compensation, supply chain and production, and Sweden’s public sector. It offers consultants at both management and specialist level, supporting organisations in municipalities, regions, government agencies and private businesses. Assignments can provide temporary cover for key personnel or strengthen a team for a defined period, offering flexibility as needs change.

Flipr works with clients to identify suitable interim expertise and also presents current assignments to consultants seeking opportunities. Through its matching approach and broad professional network, the company aims to help organisations maintain momentum, develop their operations and access skills that may not be available internally.
