Redcentric Data Centres is a UK colocation business whose eight facilities are now part of Stellanor, following the sale of Redcentric Data Centres Ltd. Stellanor is a UK urban data centre company backed by DWS Group, operating 11 facilities nationwide. Its services support organisations’ digital infrastructure, including traditional enterprise workloads and emerging high-density and AI-ready requirements.

As part of the Stellanor platform, the former Redcentric facilities are expected to benefit from continued infrastructure investment, including renewable energy procurement and upgrades for higher-density needs. Existing data centre customers can continue using their services under unchanged contractual arrangements, with no expected disruption during the integration. They retain their current account manager as their primary contact and continue to access support through the same channels.

The sale applies only to Redcentric Data Centres Ltd. Services delivered by Redcentric Solutions Limited, including Redcentric’s managed services, are unaffected and continue separately. Data centre customers can contact their account manager with transition questions, while managed services customers are directed to Redcentric.
