Flirt FM 101. 3 is Galway City's vibrant and dynamic Student, Community & Alternative Station, which has been a part of the University of Galway since September 1995. As the proud member of the Community Radio Ireland network, we are committed to delivering diverse and engaging programming that appeals to a wide range of interests.

With a dedicated team, consisting of one full-time and two part-time staff overseeing operations and compliance, Flirt FM thrives with the support of up to 150 volunteers and numerous contributors each year. Our broadcast schedule runs from 11AM to 4am Monday-Friday, and 1-10pm on Saturdays. You can also stream our content online or through your smart device.

Our programming policy comprises 60% Music (including 25% Irish music) and 40% Talk, which includes captivating discussions on a variety of topics, including current affairs. As an open platform for Irish musicians, we gladly accept music submissions in MP3 format. Additionally, Flirt FM provides valuable work experience opportunities for TY, PLC, and third-level students.
