FLOCKE FLORA setzt auf natürliche und faserreiche BIO-Produkte mit einem möglichst geringem Verarbeitungsgrad, um eine ausgewogene Darmflora bestmöglich zu unterstützen. Die Wissenschaft heute belegt, dass die Ernährung einen starken Einfluss auf die Darmflora hat, die wiederum direkt mit unserem Immunsystem und den Symptomen von chronischen Erkrankungen zusammenhängt. Mit unserem Partner, dem weltweit renommierten Mikrobiom Forschungszentrum Institut Allergosan in Österreich, entwickeln wir gemeinsam darmgesunde Lebensmittel und verstehen uns als Orientierungshilfe für die menschliche Darmgesundheit im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel. Gründer Ivan Cindric (leidet seit 2014 an Morbus Crohn, einer chronisch entzündlichen Darmerkrankung) leitet die Produktentwicklung und greift dabei auf Fachwissen aus den Bereichen Pharmazie, Diätologie, Ernährungswissenschaft und Schulmedizin zurück. Bei der Auswahl jeder einzelnen Zutat legen wir besonderen Wert auf ihre positive und beruhigende Wirkung auf den Magen-Darm-Trakt und ihre Fähigkeit, die Diversität der Darmflora positiv zu beeinflussen.
