Arch

Floe is an SAP add-on from Arch that helps organisations create and deliver dynamic business communications using data and processes from SAP Business Suite and S/4HANA. Designed for business users, it gives teams control over correspondence templates without requiring specialised training, and allows them to update content as business needs change.

A single template designer supports emails, PDFs, text messages and web pages. Floe can generate SAP document output such as invoices, purchase orders and account statements, as well as process notifications and on-demand documents for portals or chatbots. Templates can draw on SAP data and business logic to tailor content, including text, links, images and attachments, for different recipients or situations. For bulk correspondence, recipient lists can come from SAP customers, suppliers or employees, Excel uploads, or manual entry.

Floe also offers document-generation tools such as reusable template fragments, a user-exit framework and a cloud-based image repository. It can create PDF attachments and integrate with Renda.io for PDF or SMS generation.
