Flo Jo San Antonio

Flo Jo San Antonio Youth Track Club is a youth athletics organization based in San Antonio, Texas. Founded in 2010 by Tony Graham, who trained under Florence Griffith Joyner, the club serves athletes ages 5 to 18 and welcomes participants of varied skill levels. Its coaching team brings more than 25 years of track and field experience.

Training focuses on the fundamentals of running, including strength, technical skills, speed, and endurance. The club aims to combine a fun, competitive experience with life-skill development and emphasizes academic achievement alongside success in sports. For the 2026 season, registration is open, and the club shares season information, including an athlete, parent, and coaches handbook. Practices are generally held Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, with some Saturday hill practices, at Brandies or O’Connor. Uniforms are not included in the registration fee; details are shared separately. Flo Jo San Antonio also directs families to track calendars and youth athletics organizations such as TAAF and AAU.
