Flok Jobs

Flok Jobs is a UK hospitality hiring platform designed to connect employers directly with workers, offering an alternative to traditional agency recruitment. Built around the fast-moving needs of hospitality businesses, Flok lets employers post shifts or positions, specify the role, location and hourly rate, and share opportunities with its worker community or preferred candidates using a phone or computer.

Employers can review verified candidate profiles, including experience and availability, choose who to hire, or use Flok’s matching system to find suitable workers. The platform also supports direct messaging and automatically arranges payment after a shift is completed, aiming to make recruitment and pay more straightforward and transparent. Flok says employers can save up to 40% compared with agencies and fill shifts in minutes.

For workers, Flok offers access to flexible work opportunities, faster payment, the ability to choose where they work, and rewards and perks through Flok+. Workers can also receive ratings and recognition for their performance.
