The app features five interactive activities—Pinch a Tomato, Draw a Shape, U-Turn, 2-Minute Walk, and Match the Symbols—that assess hand function, mobility, and cognition, areas commonly affected by MS. Additionally, users can maintain a Journal to record their mood, physical wellness, and symptoms, fostering richer conversations during medical appointments.
