Floor Concepts TFMT

Floor Concepts is a flooring company based in Dubai, serving residential and commercial projects across the UAE and wider Middle East. The brand offers a broad selection of flooring and surface solutions, including solid and engineered wood, parquet, SPC rigid-core and vinyl flooring, homogeneous flooring, sports flooring, outdoor decking, and adhesives. Its range includes more than 25 engineered wood, LVT, and bio-based flooring options, with an emphasis on sustainable solutions and transparent sourcing and manufacturing.

Floor Concepts supports customers from product selection through installation. Its process includes consultation, design and product proposals tailored to project requirements and budgets, order coordination, delivery scheduling, and installation by skilled workers. The company also provides product warranties according to the manufacturer and a one-year liability period for installation defects. Where conditions allow, some flooring can be installed over existing floors using a floating, glue-less method. With more than a decade of UAE experience and over 5,000 completed projects in the Middle East, Floor Concepts has worked on homes, showrooms, nurseries, and other spaces.
